I was nervous about having my roof cleaned but after much research I chose Midlands Cleaners Ltd. Am I glad I did. A wonderful service right from the start. I rang their number and spoke to Natalie, who was very pleasant, helpful and professional. She answered all my questions and talked me through the whole process. The firm are lucky to have her. Today the ‘lads’ arrived to carry out the work. They were very pleasant and again reassured me during the work. They were hard working and did a wonderful job. The roof looks so different. Before the work it was dirty and with large areas of moss. Now it is clean and moss free. I must also praise the way the ‘lads’ cleaned up after them. They did a very thorough job. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to have their roof cleaned. Thank you to everyone involved.

We recently had our roof cleaned by Midland Cleaners, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. There was years’ worth of moss buildup that had been blocking the gutters and even causing leaks into our kitchen. The team did an amazing job — the roof now looks fantastic, and we can finally see the original colour of the tiles again. I would highly recommend Midland Cleaners to friends and family!

I cannot recommend midland cleaners L.T.D enough. My roof looks like it has been replaced not just cleaned. The guys that did the job were very professional and polite .they cleaned everything down after they had finished the patio windows and guttering. P.s it looks even better now it has dried out

I booked Midlands Cleaners Limited to remove the moss from my roof, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. From the very beginning, Natalie was brilliant — she booked me in quickly, communicated clearly, and kept me updated every step of the way, which immediately gave me confidence in the company. I’d been getting increasingly frustrated with large amounts of moss constantly falling from the roof, and it was obvious the gutters hadn’t been cleaned properly for a long time. On the day, the team arrived promptly and conducted themselves in a very professional manner. They set up freestanding scaffolding and arrived fully equipped, with all machinery neatly organised in their van. They connected to our outdoor tap and power supply and got straight to work, clearly knowing exactly what they were doing. The transformation was honestly impressive. Years of dirt and moss had made the roof appear almost black, and once cleaned, it revealed its original red colour underneath — something we hadn’t seen in years. It completely changed the look of the house. They even went above and beyond by returning the following morning to finish the job, as there was more work involved than initially expected. This was done without any fuss and was very much appreciated. By the end of the job, we were extremely happy with the results. The house looks so much cleaner and smarter, and the quality of the work really speaks for itself. Several of our neighbours have already commented on how good it looks and are now booking Midlands Cleaners Limited themselves. A reliable, professional, and hardworking team delivering excellent results. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them — thank you again for a great job!

Impressive and thorough service They were incredibly professional and courteous throughout the entire process. After completing their work, they made sure to clean up the drive and washed the windows and ledges to remove the dirt caused by the cleaning. A vacuum was used to removed displaced moss from the gutter so that it didn’t go down the pipe and block it. Great attention to detail and their commitment to leaving everywhere clean and tidy really stood out. Office staff were very helpful and kept me informed on things. Well impressed with their service!

The lads were here promptly and ready to work at 8am on the dot. I have a medium size semi detatched house in Leamington. They did the front & back to an exceptional standard, cleared up after themselves, jetwashed the whole drive and were minimal disruption. Havent got enough good words to say about this company, if you want your roof done get them in.
