這次來體驗洗頭服務，服務人員的態度很好，也很親切。不過洗頭過程中幾乎全程使用指甲抓洗頭皮，力道偏重，讓人感覺比較不舒服，甚至有點痛，和原本期待放鬆的洗頭體驗落差較大。
整體服務態度是好的，但希望之後可以再留意洗頭的手法與力道調整，讓客人能有更舒適的體驗。
Such a nice service. They were kind and friendly and I got BIAB infill with nail art for £25. They are great artists and copied my picture exactly; I would highly recommend.

갑작스러운 예약이였는데도 빠르게 진행됐고 해피아워가 입실기준이 아닌 퇴실 기준이라 할인은 못받았지만 그럼에도 불구하고 가격&퀄리티 만족스러웠고 친절하게 대해주셔서 좋았습니다~ 다음에 다낭에 다시 오게 된다면 또 찾아갈듯!!

I brought an example of the nails I wanted with BIAB and she copied it perfectly! Very happy with the results and she was extremely nice to me (as a tourist).

Had a wonderful mani and pedi experience just next door to Grand Signature by M Village — so convenient! The staff were friendly and attentive, and they took great care with every detail. My nails are beautifully shaped, cuticles neatly done, and the polish application is smooth and flawless.
The salon was clean, relaxing, and very professional. Everything was done with care, and I truly enjoyed the whole session.
They also offer massage services, and I’ll definitely be coming back to try that next time. Highly recommend if you’re staying nearby and looking for a little pampering!

Such a great experience! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Even though we came at 21:00, the lovely ladies stayed late just to take care of us (we really appreciated that so much!!)
