Jesse, we are disappointed to see this review because it does not actively reflect the level of communication, documentation, and effort that went into this project before any work began. Pricing was fully reviewed and approved by the customer. Throughout the process our team, maintained communication, documented the repair process, and made multiple trips specifically to ensure the siding repair and color matched expectations as closely as possible.

Construction and exterior repairs can sometimes require additional adjustments to achieve the best possible result, especially when working with existing materials, aging siding, or discontinued colors.

Despite that, our team continued to respond, coordinate, and work toward resolution well beyond what many companies would have. We take customer concerns, seriously, but we also believe review should fairly represent the full scope of the experience.

A one star review, suggesting threats or lack of effort, does not align with the documented communication and repeated attempts we made to complete the repair to the customer satisfaction. Trustedroofing remains committed to standing behind our work, communicating professionally, and treating every customer fairly, during, and after the job is complete. Too any future customers, please know reading this we will always choose transparency because of our documentation.
