To clarify for anyone reading this, our pricing is never based on the neighborhood or location of the home. Our pricing is determined strictly by the complexity, safety requirements, and scope of the work involved.
In this case, the roof was very steep and non-walkable, which significantly increases the difficulty, labor requirements, and safety precautions needed to complete the work properly. It was also not a small repair, which is reflected in the scope outlined in the signed agreement prior to the project beginning. Also, the picture does not include the full scope of work we did.
All work, methods, and scope are discussed and approved before the contract is signed, and we always perform the work exactly as agreed upon. We understand that pricing may not fit every budget, but the cost of the project was clearly outlined and approved prior to us starting the work.
