I've ordered two laptops from Micro-Vision, and have been very pleased both times. The sales reps worked with me to make sure that I had machines that met my specifications and would be compatible with the docking stations I was using. Their custom OS install also saves me a ton of headaches removing bloatware that I was used to from stock PCs bought elsewhere.

Really saved me when I was in a pinch when my last pc died on me and i needed something quick. The Pre-configured system was built and arrived promptly in good condition.
UPDATE: the included Mushkin ram AND one of the 2 Mushkin SSDs (the boot drive in my case) both failed within a short time of each other at about the 1 year mark... just outside of the 1 year warranty period. I figured I'd add this update to my review since I see that's what they still predominantly use in their high spec rigs.

Called to inquire on a 512gb nvme ssd, the guy who picked the phone up could barely speak English and had zero idea on what i was talking about, I repeated myself multiple times, when he said so you want a 512mb I gave up. Took my buisness elsewhere. Someone needs to train and educate their employees more.

Through their website, it was easy for me to specify exactly what I wanted for my new PC. They reviewed my request and suggested improvements. They let me know when I would expect delivery and were reliable in their estimate. The whole experience was positive, and I have been using the computer for a couple of months now. My expectations have been met. I recommend them for anyone who wants a high performance computer one cannot buy off the shelf.

Recently bought a computer from Micro-Vision, it's been running great and the customer service was great as well. I ended up not selecting the correct colour for one of my pieces, and they double checked with me to make sure it was what I wanted. Definitely would recommend them!

As i was building a Nas server for home data storage, i tried to purchase 13 Hard drives at Amazon and they cancelled my order shortly after for unknown reason, then amazon asked me for ID to prove that it was me that ordered those Hard drives "i never got id for a purchase, EVER".
So Amazon lost a big sale and i went to Micro vision instead, there was no issues ordering 14 drives from them. No questions asked other than the drive i wanted for my NAS was the proper one. few days later? i got my 14 hard drive finishing off my Nas server Project. Thank you guys and i will come back for more stuff to buy from you. stay local and buy local. =^.^=

Staff were very polite and accommodating. I had an issue with shipping damage where I was not able to properly receive and document damage in a timely manner. As result, the shipping company would not accept a damage claim. They repaired the damage at their own cost, ultimately making sure I received the product I paid for. Very kind and down to earth people who are passionate about the products they sell and stand behind their work. Thanks guys!
