Through their website, it was easy for me to specify exactly what I wanted for my new PC. They reviewed my request and suggested improvements. They let me know when I would expect delivery and were reliable in their estimate. The whole experience was positive, and I have been using the computer for a couple of months now. My expectations have been met. I recommend them for anyone who wants a high performance computer one cannot buy off the shelf.

Recently bought a computer from Micro-Vision, it's been running great and the customer service was great as well. I ended up not selecting the correct colour for one of my pieces, and they double checked with me to make sure it was what I wanted. Definitely would recommend them!

I dropped in at lunch with a computer that I thought was dead. They identified what the problem was and made sure everything was working fine very quickly, and didn't make me feel like an idiot. Would highly recommend, their high rating on Google is justified.

A big huge shout out to all the staff at Micro vision. Excellent service. As i was building a Nas server for home data storage, i tried to purchase 13 Hard drives at Amazon and they cancelled my order shortly after for unknown reason, then amazon asked me for ID to prove that it was me that ordered those Hard drives "i never got id for a purchase, EVER". So Amazon lost a big sale and i went to Micro vision instead, there was no issues ordering 14 drives from them. No questions asked other than the drive i wanted for my NAS was the proper one. few days later? i got my 14 hard drive finishing off my Nas server Project. Thank you guys and i will come back for more stuff to buy from you. stay local and buy local. =^.^=

Staff were very polite and accommodating. I had an issue with shipping damage where I was not able to properly receive and document damage in a timely manner. As result, the shipping company would not accept a damage claim. They repaired the damage at their own cost, ultimately making sure I received the product I paid for. Very kind and down to earth people who are passionate about the products they sell and stand behind their work. Thanks guys!

I bought a computer from Micro-Vision for one my employees that does heavy data work with very large files. The machine arrived yesterday and I just got off a call with him. He is bursting with joy, and must’ve thanked me 5 times in the call. He just kept saying "wow, and thank-you so much". He’s blown away by the machine. A big thanks to you and your team for accurately capturing our requirements and putting together a spec that met our budget and computing requirements. Knowing my team has the right tool for the job gives me confidence that there will be no loss of productivity because of inferior equipment. We can focus on the work ahead and growing our business. Great experience, Stephanie the woman who helped me over e-mail before I brought the computer in answered all my questions and gave me a quote for the upgrade. I was able to get a price match on a CPU I saw on sale at BestBuy. While dropping the computer off the young people who ran the store were very knowledgable and helpful and answered all my questions. The work was completed ahead of schedule with no issues and I didn't need to format my C: and my Windows install was intact when I picked up the computer. I had upgraded the Ram, CPU, motherboard, and all the fans. Great store, I'll definately go back when it's time to upgrade my computer next time.

The only place in town I could get thermal paste, and the price was great. Even better was the expertise: a deep understanding of my components and their subtle nuances — the kind of thing you can't get online or from the product specs. I know these guys sell equipment nationally. I just feel lucky to have them in my town.
