5 stars for my doctor. 1 star for the front desk employees that check people in. After 45 mins of waiting to be called from my appointment time which was 8am, I checked with her and found out she never checked me in. I was totally missed and never got an apology. This isn't the first time my checkin process was horribly done.
Staff was helpful and caring. Dr. Sircus was kind and very informative. He offered a potential solution to my long term problem that I believed I just had to live with.
