I just had one of the best carbonara pastas Iโve ever eaten. I usually avoid ordering this dish because itโs so often made with the wrong ingredients, but this one was absolutely outstanding. The pecorino had great flavour, the guanciale was perfectly crispy, and the sauce had just the right level of creaminess (from the starch and fat, not cream). The pasta seemed homemade and was cooked perfectly al dente. At this price ($15.5), itโs an incredible deal. The staff were also very friendly. Thank you for such a great meal!
Michele hosted a birthday dinner for me on the 25th March. My beautiful family organised it for me. It was the most deliciously amazing dinner Iโve ever had. Michele was so professional and friendly. I still havenโt stopped talking about how wonderful the whole experience was to all my friends ๐

Is there an option to give 10 stars?! I could not recommend Michele more highly! First of all, his ease of engagement and organising the menu and event. Then the professionalism, protectiveness and warmth of his team on the night! We were never without drinks or food or anything we required. The quality, taste and quantity of food was exceptional! We had so much food, it was delicious and we received so many compliments. Having Michele and his team helping us celebrate made it such an incredibly special occasion. I felt like a guest in my own home. Please - do yourself a favour and book in an event with Michele. You will not be disappointed!
