It's refreshing these days when you find a company that provides a high quality service, is trustworthy, reliable and offers good value. I chose MH to replace a broken boiler and was not disappointed. They moved some jobs around so that they could install quickly which was much appreciated because it was so cold outside. They did a great job. I fully recommend MH!

We have been using MH Heating Solutions Ltd for some years for the annual servicing of our boiler and we have been very pleased with their service. Martyn and Elaine are a very friendly couple & very efficient. They automatically send out a reminder to book a date when an annual service is due & once a date has been arranged, we automatically receive both a text & e-mail confirmation of the date & whether it is an AM or PM appointment & on the due date a further text/e-mail arrives & a text when He's actually on his way. Very useful & efficient. If any problems arise during the year, An appointment will be arranged ASAP.& they never let you down. We recently had a new hot water tank fitted, (the previous one packed in after 27 years) The new one was fitted without delay. There were a few teething problems, initially as a faulty part had been provided by the manufacturer. This did take a couple of visits, but Martyn retained his usual happy nature despite this. I had an issue with my old boiler and Martyn came round to have a look. He did something to it and told me it be fine for a while longer. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need at the time and because of this I had trust in him. About a year later my boiler finally broke so I contacted Martyn again. They gave me a quote for a new boiler and arranged for when it could be installed. Stefan arrived on-time on the Saturday morning and promptly got to work. He was a nice bloke and very tidy! I've had the boiler for about 6 weeks now and it all seems fine. I would recommend this company because I am pleased with the work and communication before and after installation was great. I will also be booking them to do my yearly boiler inspections.

Absolutely amazing. Called with a query about a leak from the boiler late afternoon and they made every effort they could to help. Turns out I needed a new boiler and they managed to fit me in quicker than usual. The work was quick and they cleaned up after themselves more than any trade I've known. Even on their hands n knees with a hoover! Would highly recommend to anyone!!
