Replacement central heating boiler and pump Excellent service, from first contact with Elaine to completion of the job. Martin did a survey of the central heating and discussed what would be the best options. The fitting was carried out by Stefan, over two days leaving the place clean and tidy all old boiler parts removed. Elaine kept me informed via email and text including all necessary certificates. I would highly recommend MH Heating Solutions.

Having used Martyn previously on fixing my old boiler and doing a perfect job I asked MH Heating to quote for a new boiler. From the start Elaine was very helpful, informative and replied quickly. The quotes were good and I decided to go for a Viessmann boiler after looking at some reviews. Stefan came to install the boiler and was knowledgeable, professional, and meticulous throughout the process and also has a great singing voice !! All round great serve from all the team at MH Heating Solutions.

Replacement Boiler Our boiler needed replacing. The work was completed on time and on budget. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and worked in a tidy and workmanlike manner. The office staff were organised and efficient and updated us by phone and email along the whole process. We would have no hesitation in recommending M H Heating Solutions.

Fitting a new shower Martin fitted a new shower on the 5th June 2024, and we were happy with it until 10 days later when we discovered a major leak. We had to turn the water off to stop further damage and were without water for 3 days until Martin could attend the property. The leak was due to the fitting of the shower unit. Martin caused further damage on his return by unnecessarily removing wet plaster board beneath the shower tray leaving nothing behind the lower tiles. He has left our new shower unusable.

We are very pleased we opted to go with the quote we had from MH Heating for our Central Heating refit. Pricing was competitive, Communication and Service throughout was really spot on. Our project was spread over a couple of months and each fit was always done as planned and on time. Work was done to a high standard and compliments to Stefan for his excellent pipework, zoning our house into up and downstairs with a new hot water cyclinder and boiler all finished very aesthetically in the garage.

Martyn and Elaine were a pleasure to deal with pre and post installation. Martyn did a survey and a fixed price was given to install a new boiler and to remove the old boiler. The quote was competitive compared to others I received. Not a penny was asked for until the installation was complete. Stefan (the installer) was also a pleasure to deal with and completed the works in a day, and to a high standard. I’d highly recommend MH and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in future.
