Terrible diagnostic of my HVAC.
The technician spent like 10-15 mins looking at my equipment in total - Opened the furnace cover, said that this motor is burnt without even touching anything. And said that I need to replace the whole furnace that he was conveniently selling for a premium when compared to the market.
Here is the bill of $100 for the diagnosis. Bye.

Hi sir I am sorry to hear that because our company goal is customers satisfaction priority
when you said terrible diagnostic that mean the diagnostic is wrong but I am sure nothing wrong with the diagnostic because you were with our technician when he opened the furnace door and all kind of Burt smell was inside and our technician told you the furnace need to get changed because your furnace 13 years old and not under the warranty any more and changing the fan motor doesn’t make sense, about the 100$ fees this is what you agreed about it when you called us and we told you we are charging 100$ for diagnostic, for the furnace price our price was 200$ more then the furnace you found it online that not big difference for company has high quality certified technicians and has all kinds of insurance there is lot off people doing our business they don’t have certifications or insurance and the problem we can’t compete them for the reason I already mentioned about it please give us a call hopefully we can fix the problem

Hadi has been my go to professional when it comes to all things heating and cooling over the last 3 years. And I’m still amazed at his service. My air conditioning broke during the heat wave! The unit was getting quite old. Hadi came in the next day, checked it out, ordered the necessary parts, and had my AC up and running in time.
