طلبت منتج ودَفعت، وما وصلني أي تأكيد رسمي على البريد الإلكتروني، وبعد يومين تواصلوا معي عبر الواتساب وأبلغوني أن المنتج غير متوفر أساسًا في المخزون، رغم أنه كان ظاهر وقت الطلب أنه متاح.
الأسوأ من ذلك أنهم طلبوا مني دفع مبلغ إضافي بحجة أن السعر تغيّر وأن المنتج سيتوفر الأسبوع القادم.
قلة احترافية، ضعف في إدارة المخزون، وتأخير وعدم وضوح بالتعامل. شخصيًا ما أنصح أي أحد يطلب منهم، خصوصًا إذا كنت تبحث عن متجر موثوق وواضح من البداية
My experience with MYGSM was extremely disappointing.
I placed an order and didn’t even receive a proper email confirmation. Two days later, they contacted me through WhatsApp saying the item was actually out of stock, even though it was shown as available when I ordered it.
What made the experience worse was that they asked me to pay extra money because the price had supposedly changed and the item would only be available next week.
Very unprofessional handling, poor inventory management, and lack of transparency. I personally would not recommend dealing with them if you expect a reliable and trustworthy shopping experience.
