Our furnace died on a very, very cold December night. After calling many Rochester area so-called 24/7 services and being told we couldn’t be helped until anywhere from 24 hrs to a week later, I was able to reach MGM Heating and Cooling. Gedeon answered promptly and showed up at my door within an hour. He was able to diagnose the problem, get my furnace running, and explained that I would need a new one. Given his more than reasonable fee for both my emergency repair and quoted installation of a new furnace, I hired MGM on the spot and got a new high efficiency furnace installed the next day. The installation went smoothly, and the team cleaned up very well. I can’t thank MGM enough for their fast response and excellent workmanship, correcting errors made by the previous installation and alterations made before we bought our house. I wholeheartedly recommend MGM, Gedeon, and his team.
