Desde hace tiempo compro el producto de nopalinaza plus y había sido de la mejor calidad. Pero esta última vez que la compré el producto no es el mismo es muy diferente y no tiene el mismo efecto. Hice reporte y me dijeron que es lo mismo y no a cambiado. Desafortunadamente no recomiendo que lo compren ya que salió muy mal
Website description is very deceptive. I thought I was getting 72 of an item and instead got 18 so what I thought was a good deal turned out to be me paying (with $35+ shipping included) such a ridiculous amount for this item. I was so convinced I should have received 72 items, that I filed a claim with UPS because I thought part of my order was lost or stolen. It wasn’t until I reached out to this company to confirm they sent the whole shipment that I was informed I received the whole shipment. I don’t know if they are purposely trying to deceive people or it’s just poor wording but I am extremely unhappy with my purchase and when I requested at least a partial refund, I stopped receiving emails from them. Today will be the 3rd email I send regarding a refund and requesting a response. Buyer beware

Am I going to be receiving a follow up email to my request for a refund? And I do not understand. The description in my email confirmation clearly states “24 units x3” with a small 6 units under it. How else am I supposed to interpret that? That’s false advertising. And I’m not disputing that a large amount needed to go towards shipping but that price plus the price of the item makes the amount I paid for 18 cantaritos ridiculous. And when I thought I got a good deal on 72, I could overlook the quality of the cantaritos but now knowing I paid so much per item, the quality is terrible. A lot of them were discolored and disfigured. I should have shopped at my local Mexican market. Again I am stating I would like a refund.

Hi Haley, I am very sorry you feel that way about our service. You ordered Cantarito item number 292483. That item comes with two options either a 24 pack or a 6 pack and you purchased the less expensive item, which was x3 of the 6 packs. We never mean to deceive people and believe that our tiered system of purchasing is fairly self explanatory. Regarding the shipping, these items are bulky and very fragile, and need to be packaged extra carefully. Again, apologies for the negative experience, but I hope you understand our explanation. Purchased a ton of Mexican Candy and some Vitroleros to put the candy in for Halloween and it was a major hit.
Definitely going to come back to purchase other items for my construction business as the prices are very good.
This is starting to feel like a scam. No phone number to contact them.
I placed an (online) order 10+ days ago ($400+) and received a "your order is on the way" email but never received an acutal tracking number. The email stated that delivery time is 3-5 days... it's been more than 10 and no updates. Mind you, we are located only a 3hr drive away from the "warehouse" within CA.
Will contact Paypal to request a refund and report as fraud. Be aware and do not purchase from here, prices look good to attract customers but what are good prices worth if you do not receive any product.

This is false, please provide proof that you have reached out. I checked spam and general inbox and do not see any response. Just now after I left the review someone reached out... all of the sudden my items (apparently all of my items) were out of stock but could be shipped today. So why even send out a shipping confirmation. Be aware ppl, they are not in the business of actuall sending you product. Terrible business.

I placed an online order on 2/20, nothing since. I’ve sent 3 emails and heard nothing. Not sure if this is a scam website/business. But I’d recommend to stay away. Will be forced to do a charge back soon.
Edit* seems like the negative review got their attention. Received a refund today. Again, not sure if this is an actual business. Stay cautious

The website has low prices and a great selection of items.
They have a great selection of Mexican candy. I bought tons of stuff for my daughters birthday everyone asked where I bought the cantaros and vitroleros from cause they are amazing quality
