Don’t wait to ask for help! I called Ava and she patiently explained every step I needed to take in order to reapply for my Temporary Visa card that I forgot to pick up from the Mexican immigration office! Ava told me where to return to the US, where to stay, and what to take. Her kind voice and thorough knowledge of the situation brought my anxiety back under control. I will continue to use Ava’s guidance until I have come through Mexican immigration with a valid temporary visa!

Ava was amazing and so helpful. It was our fortune that Ava called on Monday for our consult, which was scheduled for Tuesday. We were at the consulate getting the temporary residence visa. I had many questions about whether or not we needed a menaje de casa appointment. Ava cleared it all up. My son was approved for the visa, he got his TIP permit, and he has packed his truck with what he’s taking to Mexico. Ava put both of us at ease with her kind spirit, wealth of information, encouragement, and ease of getting a hold of her. I can’t say that for other immigration companies. Mexico Newcomers is the real deal. Thank you, Ava, for all your help.

Ava was extremely knowledgeable about the SMA area. She drove us around the perimeter of the city so that we could see housing options. During our three hour tour, Ava offered helpful cultural insights. I would highly recommend her.
