I hired this company to treat my roof, wash my house, and clean my gutters. The house wash itself was done to a good standard — that’s the only positive.
The gutter cleaning was incomplete, and no one told me. I only discovered this after taking photos and following up myself — had I not done that, it would have gone completely unmentioned. That lack of honesty and communication is unacceptable.
My home is split-level, and I am confident the higher gutters were skipped. Because the excuse given for not completing the back gutter — which is on the lower level — was that they didn’t want to get on the roof and risk damaging it. If they were unwilling to do that section, it strongly suggests the higher gutters were not done either.
That is not an acceptable excuse. A professional company should have the proper equipment and capability to safely complete the job they have been hired to do.
I paid for a full service and did not receive it. Between the incomplete work and the lack of transparency, this experience was very disappointing. I would not trust this company again and would strongly caution others before using them.
