Superb work, thorough and carefully done by an excellent tandem. Very highly recommend: guttering and all surroundings left in impeccable state!

We are writing to express our disappointment with the standard of workmanship and the service we have received following the soft wash of our home.
As our house is clad in cedar weatherboards, we specifically requested a soft wash to ensure the exterior was cleaned appropriately. We accepted your quotation of $425.00 plus GST, even though it was not the cheapest quote we received, as we expected a professional job and good service.
Unfortunately, our experience has fallen well short of our expectations.
Our concerns are as follows:
Time taken: Your team arrived on time and advised us that the job should take approximately three to four hours. However, the work was completed in just over two hours, including the additional cleaning of a small area of brickwork for a further $80.00 plus GST.
Quality of workmanship: Once the walls had dried, we noticed that several areas had been missed. Some of the windows were also left watermarked and streaky.
To rectify the problems: We had to hose and wash areas and streaky windows ourselves to rectify before the weekend Open Home Sale. We contacted your office and spoke with the Manager, who arranged for the workers to return at an agreed time to meet with us on site and address our concerns. Unfortunately, nobody turned up as arranged.
Lack of communication: We subsequently telephoned your office and could only leave a message, but received no response.
We consider this disappointing, particularly as we chose your company expecting a professional standard of work. We paid for a service that, in our view, has not been completed to an acceptable standard, and the failure to attend the arranged follow-up appointment has added to our frustration.

Ace communication throughput whole process from quote request to after the job. Pradeep called and answered my questions. Team arrived when they said they would, did exactly what they said they would and the results are great. I will be using again next year and have already recommended to friends and family

Metro Water Blasting did an excellent job on our house wash and gutter clean. Great communication from start to finish — clear and professional. They even cleaned our deck and entrance area as a bonus, which wasn't in the quote. Highly recommend!
