I just completed the Advanced First Aid course at Metro Safety Training and I am very happy with the experience. The instructors were knowledgeable, professional, and extremely patient. They took the time to explain concepts clearly and made sure students felt comfortable asking questions. The course was intensive, but I learned much more than I expected. The hands-on scenarios and practical exercises helped me build confidence and develop skills that could make a real difference in an emergency. Thank you to the instructors and staff for creating such a positive learning environment. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to gain valuable first aid knowledge and certification.

Ray was an excellent first aid instructor. He made the course engaging, easy to follow, and informative. His teaching style was clear and patient, and he took the time to answer questions and make sure everyone understood the material. I took the IFA course with Guess and she was absolutely amazing! Her energy, teaching style, and way of interacting with the class made everything sink in so fast. The call and response element got the whole class excited about the material. The balance between candid, "real life" subject matter and the textbook material was perfect. I actually got a chance to use my new skills a few days after the training and I felt so proud and grateful. Guess is awesome!

Guess was a great First Aid instructor. Her teaching style is unique from other instructors I’ve previously experienced, and is highly engaging. She is knowledgeable, charismatic & funny which ultimately makes for an enjoyable class. Her people skills help her keep students engaged and having fun throughout the learning session. I would say that despite not having access to her laptop for 1/2 the class, I actually enjoyed this learning experience more. It felt more human and like she really knew her stuff without having to read a script. You’ve got a gem employee here.
