I had the pleasure of working with Raymond from Metro Renovator and man did he make my wife and I feel taken care of. Raymond was INCREDIBLY prompt and was able to check our roof eithin a few days of us reaching out to him, and he completed the entire roofing job quickly as well. The tiling on the roof was also done neatly and beautifully. But aside from the amazing work itself, what really stuck out was how friendly and helpful Raymond and his team were. My wife and I just moved into our very first home, and our HOA is a tad strict with their rules and regulations, but Raymond helped us navigate those waters with ease. He helped us choose a color for our roof that would be acceptable by our HOA's standards, while also making sure that it would blend beautifully into our homes current outside decor.

I got estimates to replace my roof and skylights from several contractors. Metro Renovator provided the most detailed estimate at the best price. Raymond kept me informed during the entire project and his team did an excellent job installing the new roof and skylights, as well as, cleaning up all debris.
Mr. Lee responded to our request promptly. We were able to have the project completed within two weeks. We had a fascia board that was rotting and wasps had created a nest underneath. We needed to wait until our pest control company sprayed two separate times to ensure the wasps were no longer active. The project revealed more damage but Mr. Lee was able to adjust and help us with that also with a minimal cost increase. Thank you so much for prompt, high quality service!!
