This is my second time using this company and will continue to use in the future. The movers were on time and always kept in touch throughout the whole process. Booking was easy online and email communications were prompt. We had an incident with a broken lamp, however the owner was extremely attentive and made sure to make things right. Very professional. Would recommend!

Working with Metropolis Moving was super easy. They were very quick, had great communication before, during and after the move as well as very friendly. I figured moving some furniture pieces from NY City to a suburb of Chicago would take several days. However, they delivered within 2 days! I highly recommend using them.

The move was very smooth and hassle-free. Kavan, Eddie and Tommy were fantastic! Kavan was very efficient and prompt with keeping us updated on the status of the arrival, truck, etc. 1), the pricing was very transparent - we didn’t get any surprises on the day of the move. 2) the response time and ease of communication with the team and the actual on-ground support on the day of the move was seamless. 3) the team was super chill - they weren’t frantic and made the move stress-free. We highly recommend Metropolis Moving to everyone and wish them continued success in their business.

Moved all my stuff from a storage unit in Virginia to NJ and I didn't have to be there. Very good communication, love how they organized the new storage unit as well.

Metropolis was fantastic. Jake, Adam, Eddie, and Zach were not only organized, fast, communicative, and careful with our things, they were also a pleasure to talk to. Moving can be awkward, but they made us feel totally comfortable and at ease. They were right on time, and nothing felt rushed. The intake process was nice as well—corresponding with Corey and Barry was a breeze, and they made sure to give us all information about logistics and fees up front. The price was right as well. Overall, this was one of the least painful moves I've experienced. Thanks boys <3

Utilized Metropolis packing and moving service recently for a move out of Manhattan and it could not have gone smoother - from the email communication leading up to move day to the packing and logistics on move day, the team made it a breeze. I would definitely recommend the team to anyone moving and found their pricing to be very reasonable.

Corey, Christopher and Brandon were phenomenal to work with. I chose Metropolis Moving when moving from DC to Long Island because they asked me questions when putting together a quote. I appreciated the pre-moving process going back and forth with a list of furniture, dimensions, how to access both ends of the move etc. On moving day, they did a walk through of our apartment and furniture, they made a game plan and were so quick in packing up and moving everything out. Truly, could not have wished for a better experience! Moving is often so stressful and terrible but Metropolis made it much more manageable. Thank y'all, again!!

I’m glad to have found Metropolis Moving in Brooklyn. Their intake process was straight forward and flexible, allowing me to adjust my inventory just days before moving. Their clear communication was invaluable as I coordinated multiple aspects of my move, and confirming details was easy—scheduling calls through Calendly gave me flexibility. They handled the COI ahead of time and accommodated my building's specific elevator window perfectly. After driving a moving truck cross-country, I was relieved to have their efficient two-person crew meet me exactly when promised. The movers were self-driven and worked quickly. Will definitely be using Metropolis again.

Metropolis is the best! I’ve moved with them twice (second time just recently a few days ago) and it was a great experience. Jake, Ricky, and Eddie were super nice, very efficient, and a great team!

Steve and Eddie were great ! They are very experienced at this. My move went really smooth. They arrived on time, had all the necessary equipment, and loaded & unloaded the truck in no time. They also helped arrange my furniture and assembled a few items that required a toolkit.

Made a stressful situation so easy. They were professional, kind, and quick! Would highly recommend.
