They arranged to come out straightaway at a time that suited me. I took a photo of the problem and Colin arrived with all the parts. It was done quickly and professionally and a job well done. They even took the rubbish away. Thank you Colin I would highly recommend.

I had a few leaks that needed fixing, and he went completely above and beyond to get the job done.When unexpected problems arose during the repair, he easily could have called it a day and left it for another time. Instead, he chose to stay and worked tirelessly until the job was completely done and everything was fixed properly.His dedication, professionalism, and amazing work ethic made a stressful situation so much easier. Erin was absolutely the most fantastic engineer I have ever met. He very quickly diagnosed the issue that 8 Thames water engineer couldn't diagnose and he repaired all the damage caused by the sediments let in to my house by Thames water.

Kieran was called ro attend to an emergency call out at my home as I had a leaking water pipe in my bathroom. I received a phone call from Kieran to let me know what time he would be at my property. He arrived on time. Even though it was around 9.15pm, and he must have had a long day, he was very cheerful and polite. He fixed the leak in under an hour. Keeping me constantly updated throughout and was very professional. A lovely, young chap!
