I got hit on the highway during a snowstorm. My back was wrecked, and the other driver’s insurance wouldn’t call me back. A coworker said to try Metro Law. I hired Metro law for my first accident ever and the outcome was decent but I hired them for another accident and it was hell. I always had to call them for updates, they had me do tasks that they could've done when I was injured and vulnerable. They let other law firms bully them, they have no back bone and will always go for the low end. Do yourself a big favor and hire someone else. They are so desperate they will send you info after your accident only to string you along for YEARS with little to no outcome in your favor. If you value your case, and your health do not hire them! Because they sure don't value anything.

I had to constantly follow up to have comfort that someone was working on my case. Sometimes months would go by during the process and I wouldn't know what was going on with my case. Slow to get responses, was asked to supply duplicate information. Very disappointing settlement which took two years. I'm glad this is over.
