Subzero temperatures Friday evening, and our furnace was not functioning properly. Saturday Metro HVAC had availability to service our furnace. Tim arrived and in relatively short order, diagnosed the issue and got it up and running. We have used Metro for regular service over the last 5 years we have lived in Minnesota. We highly recommend their services. Very responsive and professional.

Dwight was thorough and answered all my questions. He gave a detailed accounting of the issues with the ventilation system and furnace. I’m reviewing the cost as with any ventilation system and furnace it is very expensive to fix or maintain. It seems overpriced, but I won’t know until I do some comparison shopping. The Long term, Short term, and Band Aid quotes came in well over $1000.
