Ahlam. The aesthetician is sweet and hospitable. She did a great job in a full body waxing. She is precise and does her job well.

ذهبتُ إلى الصالون بناءً على التقييم المرتفع على جوجل، خصوصًا كونه صالونًا نسائيًا وأنا محجبة. كانت الخدمة المقدّمة هي إزالة الشعر، وقد قامت بها الأخصائية مريم، وكانت ممتازة ومتقنة لعملها، وتتمتع بخبرة واضحة. استطاعت أن تُشعرني بالراحة وتُزيل أي إحراج بسرعة. استمتعتُ بوقتي في الصالون، وبالتأكيد سأكرر التجربة مرة أخرى
I visited the salon based on its high Google rating, especially since it is a women-only salon and I wear the hijab. The service I received was hair removal, provided by Maryam, who was extremely professional, skilled, and clearly experienced. She made me feel comfortable very quickly and removed any sense of embarrassment. I truly enjoyed my time at the salon and will definitely be coming back again.
J’ai visité le salon en me basant sur son excellente note sur Google, d’autant plus qu’il s’agit d’un salon réservé aux femmes et que je porte le hijab. Le service que j’ai reçu était une épilation, réalisée par Maryam, qui était très professionnelle, compétente et expérimentée. Elle a su me mettre à l’aise rapidement et faire disparaître toute gêne. J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon moment au salon et je reviendrai sans aucun doute.

I had my facial done today by the lovely Ahlam, and it was such a wonderful experience. She is incredibly pleasant and attentive, ensuring I was comfortable throughout and giving great care to my skin. The staff were all so kind and polite, and I even received a complimentary treat, which was a lovely touch. The ambience is lovely and relaxing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get a facial.

Encontré El peluquero perfecto. Soufiane es muy profesional, ama su trabajo y toma el tiempo para transformarte. Hice un corte de pelo y brushing. Desde luego, cada vez que volveré a Marrakech iré a verle. Es muy atento, y MUY PROFESIONAL. Estoy encantada.

Je ne recommande absolument pas le salon.
Je l’ai visité ce mardi.
Les prix sont absolument exagérés par rapport à la qualité des soins , la pratique des brushing etc.
Ne vous fiez malheureusement pas aux avis,
On vous demande bien souvent pendant la prestation de mettre un avis, ce qui peut pousser à mettre un avis erroné pour certaine.
Voici les points sur lesquels selon moi, il faudrait travailler :
Vos prix sont excessifs à hauteur des salons européens MAIS le service n’y est pas le même,
Les brosses de brushing et les autres brossent doivent être régulièrement nettoyées, ce qui est un minimum.
De plus, vos coiffeuses doivent être formées afin de pouvoir comprendre les besoins spécifiques en matière de shampoing et soin.
Aussi, j’ai demandé un brushing wavy, c’était littéralement un brushing lisse avec pointe à l’intérieur, mon amie , elle , a eu ses cheveux qui ont gonflé une heure après le brushing, mon autre amie qui a eu Halima était satisfaite par sa prestation.
Un point essentiel : on écoute la demande de la cliente pour essayer de la comprendre sans se précipiter pour répondre.
Et enfin, prendre le manteau, l’écharpe , débarder la cliente est le minimum et proposer à boire à tout le monde sans exception est selon moi le minimum.
J’étais impatiente de découvrir le salon, j’en suis vraiment déçue.
J’espère que vous prendrez ses différents points pour essayer de corriger certaines choses en vu d’évoluer, c’est tout ce que je vous souhaite.
