Larry Owen has been great every time! I have purchased steel R Panels for about 5 separate projects now and each time Larry has been super helpful and great to work with. He gets my pricing right away so I can send my clients their estimates and sell my jobs as quick as my own timeframe allows. I have a large steel structure project and Larry was kind enough to help me design and show me all the parts and costs associated with everything but the labor for me and my guys to install it. I'll gladly call him with my next project as well!

I walked into your store with the intent of leaving a personal review of a Lankford Roofing employee. Instead, I was so impressed with the Metal Warehouse staff. As I browsed the shelves a young man approached me and offered his assistance. He even took the ornament I was interested in and whether Ed it would fit on the top of the T-post. He took the ornament from my hand, went outside, jumped the fence and walked over to the T-post fence. He came back and said with a little modification it would fit. I bought several from Todd ag the counter. A very friendly and knowledgeable person. He answered all my questions about materials for a carport. Even the guy at the front desk was super friendly. Todd , thanjs for your assistance. I will be back with some drawings and ideas on the carport I would like install army home. Thanks, Ed

My first visit to MW, i felt Todd seemed more knowledgeable and he was the one I wanted to help me. However Todd was with another customer, so I used another associate, then felt obligated to use him again each time I came in. Service was not what I had hoped for. Now that associate is gone, last visit I was able to work with Todd, and have been very pleased with his service.

Gabrial and Stephen did a great job from step 1 to the end. Gabrial the sales rep got everything ordered in in a very timely manner seeing how it was all special order and Stephen the truck driver was able to squeeze us in very last notice to get us what we needed in a timely manner, Gabrial was quick and effective in the whole process and Stephen didn’t hesitate to get that full sized semi into the field and get it all offloaded in the exact spot we needed!
