one of the worst Auto Repair shop I had bad experience with I will never go back again to this shop, they charged me over $850.00 to fix my Air Conditioning and still not working it was last summer 2025.

I can’t say enough good things about G and the crew at Safety Auto Repair. When my motorcycle died nearby, I rolled it into their lot just hoping someone might lend me a hand. G immediately came out, asked what was going on, and without hesitation grabbed a few wrenches and a battery jumper to help me get back on the road.
They didn’t have to do that—it wasn’t even a car and I wasn’t a paying customer that day—but they showed genuine kindness and professionalism that’s hard to find anymore. Thanks to G’s help, I was back up and running within minutes instead of calling a tow truck.
If you want a shop that treats people right, not just as transactions, Safety Auto Repair is that place. G’s the kind of mechanic and person you want in your corner. Highly recommend
The owner of this shop was an angel to me. I was driving on highway and saw and felt a mid-size object hit the bottom of my car. Kept driving as usual until I started to hear loud noises from the bottom whenever the car hit the smallest of bump. I was so sure that something serious was loosen there. It was pretty scary. I was finding a place to stop and check and ran into this shop. I went in and asked if the staff can take a look. The owner said for sure and 10 minutes later, he showed me what had been stuck underneath my car - a hammer head! He refused to charge me anything. I'm so grateful to God and this shop. I really enjoy their work and communication. I was in desperate need of my car getting fixed. I had a bunch of codes and didn’t know what it was. They helped me and got me in quick. After the job was done my car was making a small noise and they were quick to job on the issue.
They are a busy shop, but always try to make you feel like you are the only person there.
They do a great job!!!

Stay away from this place!
They did a terrible job on my car and when I called them out, they became extremely rude and argumentative and blamed it on the fact that they installed a used part. I had to take my car back the same day after I picked it up due to a wiring issue which they claimed they have never touched but were doing me a favor and "fixed" it. The owner and employees are very sketchy and dishonest. On my last visit to this place I was so frustrated with the situation (taking my car back for the 3rd time on the same week) that the front desk employee didn't take kindly to me listing all my complaints in front of other customers (reinstalling the wiring harness, they routed it entirely incorrectly. None of the factory mounting points were used to secure the wiring harness away from hot and/or moving objects, leaving the harness taut against the side of the engine, which is a fire hazard. the car was able to be started in any gear Park, Neutral, Reverse, Drive) he asked us to leave and to expect a call from the shop owner. The shop owner called me later just to verbally harass me and demanding an apology from me. I took my car to a transmission shop for an evaluation just to confirm the multitude of issues they have created, the poor work quality and strongly suggested to never take my car or any other car to Safety Auto Repair. I have mailed a demand letter asking for a refund which they refuse to issue. I have filed a complaint to the Washington State Attorney's General office and to the BBB. Most of the 5 star reviews here are fake. Just go somewhere else!

My mom’s Highlander had some gaskets and a hose blow out. Leaked 6 quarts of oil in the span of seconds. Had it towed to this Everett location and they had it fixed in a day. Very fast and efficient people. I used to go to their mukilteo location all the time until they switched to this Everett location. Gave me a good price on towing and the fix. My car was not worth it fixing because it needed an entire new transmission I heard the tone in his voice change he felt bad for me and they didn't try and and rake me through the coals they just gave me their best advice they said of course they would fix it but they suggested I just go a new car instead which is meant that they were cutting off the chance to make a lot of money.
