They covered our entire neighborhood in their postcards. Instead of paying for postage, they stuffed them behind the flag and the wind blew them everywhere. The whole neighborhood was littered with trash that the homeowners who never wanted their postcards had to pick up. Petia Boykova is the agent responsible, so I hope she learns to pay for postage, so it goes in the mailbox to be thrown away instead of being cheap and lazy and stuffing them under the flag and littering everywhere.
This was the most amazing buying experience I’ve ever had! This is the 3th property I purchased in the US and let me tell you this, no agent before was as good, nice, professional and helpful as Ema and Dimitar.
I live in Las Vegas, got a house in Indianapolis without ever being there before. Dimitar and Ema were my eyes and ears there. Super quick response on any of my requests. Extremely friendly. Even after we close the sale they are still helping me to fix things at the place. They have a wide range of contacts for different contractors and they dont mind even to book the appointments for me, just amazing!
I would love to use their services again and I would deeply recommend them to anyone, who needs a help with buying a house.

Mitko and Emma are the best people you could ever find to sell your current house, find you a new house or both.
