Mentors Movers were great! Very easy to work with and fair pricing. The two movers were polite and very helpful. I highly recommend using Mentors Moving!

We made it easy for them, only had a couple of things left in the house. The rest was in the garage. We asked to have them wrap several furniture pieces (with our own moving blankets) and they only wrapped 2 items. They threw stuff in the trailer just to make it fit. Several things were damaged in the move because of how careless they were. We would not recommend them to anyone.

Finally have settled into our new home. Couldn’t have made this move across the country without Mentor Movers. Although we did not receive the time we needed to make this transition less stressful, the management team and two workers that were sent to help load our POD did their best to provide excellent customer service. The guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked well together in ensuring our belongings were managed with care and would fit fine in the largest POD we could find. They must be pros with Tetris. This is a very affordable moving company and very reliable. They never changed their rate on you if you call back and add more boxes. I highly recommend this company for your move. Thank you for helping me on my move and I really appreciated all your help and intime service.

This 1 star rating of Mentors Moving & Storage is just and deserved. I booked the company three months in advance to move and store two couches and an organ in Feb. 2024. I then proceeded to schedule painters and wood floor renovators. Mentors' workers arrived at my home on the scheduled day but quickly informed me that they had no idea how to move an organ. They called their manager who proceeded to inform me that the guys were going to leave; they would not be able to assist me in any way. I asked them to at least take the couches, but they refused. You can imagine the situation. Worker coming in one day to remove the carpet, then painters, . . . But all work was contingent on the house being empty. Mentors has failed to return promised calls or in any way acknowledged the company's failure to deliver on promised services. i strongly advise against using this company.

Daniel, Jordan, and Burt were so professional and excellent at what they do. We are very impressed! They’re on time, they’re hard-working and so efficient. They protected all of our items so well. I’ve heard horror stories of moving companies, but I am sure there cannot be a bad word ever said against Mentors.

I have used MENTERS 3 times in the last 18 months. The office and especially the workers are excellent!! They packed my house, moved it to storage, then 18 months mayor moved it from. storage to go to Washington. I rate the movers at 10 as I have unpacked & all arrived in excellent condition ! THANK YOU ALL. I 100% recommendations them!

The 3 mentor movers were on time and went right to work. They were thoughtful, careful and worked as a team. They were also very professional yet friendly. Mentor made a day I was dreading pleasant.

Mentors is great. I work at a retirement home (Brookdale Riverwalk) and they are fast and nice. I recommend Mentors to all family that move to Brookdale.

Mentors Moving was AMAZING during our recent move. The guys were so friendly and took such good care of our things. They unloaded every box and placed them in each labeled room. That meant lots of stair climbing and they never complained! I highly recommend them for your move. Save you back and let them do the work! Thank you Mentors for doing such a great job.

Mentors Moving was very professional, efficient & smooth experience. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Packed up the truck like a Tetris game with room to spare. Were very patient and helpful with my directions when they unloaded. All in all a definite 5 plus experience. I’ve used them in the past and always the same positive experience. Reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.
