Very accommodating to our group of 11 who arrived at various times to the restaurant. I have had many styles of pizza but I have to say I think the crust of the Mellow Mushroom pizza is the Best! Light a fluffy and delicious! We had multiple different kinds of topping on our pizzas but I think my favorite was the simple mushroom pizza. Hit the spot!
Went here for lunch on a Saturday. Service was fantastic (shout out to Megan!), and the food was excellent. The pizza crust is the perfect balance between crusty exterior and chewy interior. I did not think to take any pictures, but the pizzas are beautifully made, with toppings hand-placed and evenly distributed, and sauces carefully drizzled on top in interesting patterns.
We went into mellow today and got there when it was overall dead, not busy by any means. We ordered cheesy garlic bread and drinks at the same time as a medium and a small pizza. we got the garlic bread and drinks, but an HOUR later we're wondering why tables that ordered AFTER us got served. a woman who came in for carry out got her food before us. I made a loud remark as our server Abriel had been on their phone and not tending to us about "why are people who got here after us getting their food?" and suddenly abriel comes over to say the kitchen "lost" our ticket and they need to make our pizzas still. So abriel can eavesdrop, but can't notice their one table didn't get food? What gets me is Abriel was nonchalant about it and was not at all accommodating. No manager was sent over and our bill had "25%" taken off yet if you look at our receipt, abriel snagged us and didn't even take a whole dollar off our bill. We will never be returning and i find it very alarming as to how this was handled, the lack of compensation, the lack of communication, and how many other people dealt with this? Or, for whatever reason, was this done purposefully? Our family loves mellow mushroom and the saddest part is this is the first location to ever have this problem with us.
Always a great experience eating here. Service is always excellent. Food is great, we especially love the Thai Dye pizza. Only issue is with the atmosphere because of the horrible job they did when they altered the cool racetrack mural towards the back. But other than that the atmosphere is really nice with a quirky psychedelic feel.
Sat for 5 minutes while employees stared yet didn’t help then waited for the 2 bartenders in the back doing who knows what.
Food was great but the bartender talking to another bartender about how they should try some new items and corrected me on how to pronounce a beer.
Besides that and both the pizza cooks eating while making food was very unprofessional & unsanitary. Loved the gluten and dairy free pizza but not the lack of care..
Would be nice to match your prices with the customer service. $40 for a small pizza and a calzone is a bit much for the lack of service you actually get
We shared an order of there pretzel bites & beer cheese, absolutely the best you’ll ever have & a medium-sized half pepperoni & half Cosmic karma pizza (which was equivalent to a Margherita pizza) - yet even better, our favorite was the Cosmic karma! So amazing! Service spectacular & great location! Love Mellow Mushroom!
