Decided to have a late dinner while in the area. Went for the sirloin roast. Thoroughly disappointed..I honestly make a better roast at home. The meat lacked flavour, and was grisly (this should be removed by a decent butcher). All the sides lacked seasoning, and was lukewarm at best. The gravy was watery and lacked depth - a cardinal sin. Could have done with a few more roast potato quarters (there was two on each plate). In summary, there are much better roasts elsewhere. Also, toilets not especially clean. Place looks tired. Not returning.

I had such a wonderful experience at Meli-Melo! The food was incredible, but what truly made my visit special was our waitress, Katana. She was absolutely amazing — warm, attentive, and full of the best recommendations. Every dish she suggested was spot on, and you could tell she really knew the menu inside out. Katana made us feel so welcome and taken care of throughout the entire evening. Her energy, kindness, and genuine enthusiasm elevated the whole experience. If you’re visiting Meli-Melo, definitely ask for Katana — she will take your dining experience to the next level! Highly, highly recommend.

Our experience here was truly wonderful from start to finish. The staff were incredibly accommodating, making sure everything went smoothly and that we felt welcomed the entire time. Susma, our server, was especially attentive and thoughtful, noticing every detail and ensuring we had everything we needed. The owner also went out of their way to make our visit personal and enjoyable, which really made a difference. They even happily heated our family’s food without any fuss, despite some delays from our end. And the food simply amazing. Each dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. Everything about our visit, from the service to the ambiance to the food itself, exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience!
