I’ve worked with mortgage brokers before and most of them either don’t know what they’re doing or can only deal with straightforward case but Spiro is different, I was skeptical at first, because i was bombastic with phone call and email from brokers who only good at marketing but under delivered their promises, our case is bit more complex, but Spiro can look at the full picture and convince lenders that we are meeting their criteria, no wonder why his approval rate is above 99% I highly recommend anyone who are buying or refinancing to seek his advice.
