Gavin was responsive and promptly answered all my questions. Beimgwithout hot water for 5 days, I appreciated that once I accepted the quote, installation was completeted trhe next. Matty who did the work was great. A very professional job. I would recommend Melbourne Heat Pumps on service, however will hold my review on Istore units until I see the outcome of operations. Initally, appears to be good.

Big milestone in having the Istore hotwater installed by Melbourne Heat Pumps. Big shout out goes to the team for the prompt communications, accurate information provided and best neat installation by Matty.
I went into their page, requested for a quote. Had a response the same day with the quote along with product brochures for the different hotwater heatpumps i requested. Booking a date was easy. The sparky and plumber were neat and took all the rubbish. I had the compliance certs sent to me without any delays.
