Avoid. Curtis didn't show up to the original appointment, then when he did a few days later charged me $250 to look at the system, sent me a report and I never heard from them again. I emailed twice and text a bunch of times to a false reply that he would finish the job after which there was no response to texts or calls. A complete waste of my time and $250.
Had a great experience with this company in the past week as they installed a new ducted heating and cooling system. Making a big upgrade like this can be daunting especially with the cost but Jake, Curtis and the team were incredibly helpful from the very beginning. Answered all questions, were able to complete the job quickly and efficiently and were a delight to have in our home. I will recommend this business to anyone.
