I recently met Peter when one of my bee hives swarmed and ended up in my neighbour’s yard. I had no idea what to do, but I called Peter and he was willing to come and relocate the swarm. I told him I was pretty new to beekeeping, and he offered to go through my hives with me and gave me some great advice throughout. His passion for bees was contagious, and his help made my weekend. If you’ve got a hive and need help, or you’re thinking about getting into beekeeping, I highly recommend Melbourne Beehives.

The bee package Peter delivered is extremely docile and easy to work with. We ordered our first nucleus beehive with an Italian queen bee. It was great to have first-hand information onsite as we settled the bees into their new environment! We are having so much fun!
