I had a very disappointing experience with this mehendi service.
For my engagement, I had booked an appointment at 2 PM well in advance, but they arrived extremely late—around 9 PM. Their explanation was that they were delayed at another wedding and said this is “normal” during wedding functions. Despite the huge delay and inconvenience, and the mehendi not meeting my expectations, I still paid the full amount without any complaints.
Unfortunately, the situation got even worse on my wedding day. A different team arrived. I politely requested them to wait for just 30 minutes as my haldi ceremony was still going on. Instead of being understanding, the artist (Sonu) was very rude and said they would leave if not attended immediately, or I would have to pay extra waiting charges.
If waiting charges are part of your policy, then by the same logic, I should have deducted money for the extreme delay on my engagement day. But at that time, I was told delays are “normal” in wedding functions.
I even had to call their manager in the middle of my haldi ceremony because they were insisting they would leave. Instead of helping, the manager also said, “ma’am jaldi karo, hamari aur bhi bookings hain,” which added to my stress. It was very unfair because there was no urgency from their side during my engagement when their team arrived hours late, but suddenly they were in a rush on my wedding day and can't even wait for 30 minutes.
This situation became so overwhelming that, as a bride, I was literally in tears worrying about who would do my mehendi if they left. Because of the constant pressure and rush from their side, I didn’t even get time to eat during my own function.
On top of this, the mehendi done for my guests was also not up to the mark. To make matters worse, artist Sonu kept asking my guests to give a 5-star rating, which felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable.
Overall, very unprofessional service, poor coordination, rude behavior, double standards regarding timing, and disappointing quality of work. I would not recommend them for such important occasions.

I would like to correct a few points mentioned in your reply. My wedding was in November, and it has been around 4 months—not 6. Even if I chose to post this review later, that does not make my experience any less valid or untrue.
Only one guest gave a 5-star rating, and that too after your artist Sonu repeatedly insisted, which was quite uncomfortable and unprofessional.
Also, dismissing the design by saying it is not your team’s work is surprising. Instead of taking responsibility for the quality, it is easier to deny it altogether. Your own artist should at least remember the work done at such an important event.
I am simply sharing my genuine experience, and I stand by everything mentioned in my review.

At the time of booking they accepted my suggested design at higher price. Then at the time of mehendi the artist was not informed of the design and he was not able to make the design correctly. And the person who accepted the booking Mr Ashok denied that the design is not ours so I am wrong.
It's better to book the artist directly instead Of going to these middlemen. These are just meditators nothing else. I paid 6500 but the mehendi was not worth it.
They tell you that the mehendi will be of best quality and it won't peel the skin but that is what happened.
Scam in mehendi is very common. Choose wisely.
