Excellent team. The staff knows the product vey well, able to answer all the questions. They are proficient in the installation, very fast and prompt. Considerate on all the possible situations, for example, only 1 electrical outlet under the sink. Most important. Very transparent on the cost and supplies ( filters) on the later use. I have been using a different brand for the prior house, which cost of filter is insane.
They have installed my water softener three years ago. After installing this water softener, the improvement was immediate. Hard water stains are gone, and appliances like the dishwasher and water heater seem to run more efficiently. Skin and hair feel much better after showers. The system is reliable, easy to operate, and worth every penny.

I purchased a dishwasher with installation included and ended up waiting nearly a month. On the day of installation, they suddenly told me the dishwasher didn’t come with a power plug—something I’ve never heard of. Then I was told that installation on the second floor would cost extra, which was never mentioned before. On top of that, they charge separately for things that should reasonably be included, like the plug and even services related to the dishwasher/dryer—completely unreasonable.
I agreed to pay extra just to move things forward, but the installer showed up with a terrible attitude and then refused to do the installation altogether.
When I requested a refund, the issue dragged on for two months. Not once did anyone offer an apology—instead, they argued with me. Their internal system is a complete mess, and they even had trouble figuring out which card I used. But that’s not the customer’s problem—this is simply unacceptable.
Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. Go to a reputable company instead. If they can’t even handle a basic purchase, installation, and refund properly, I can’t imagine how they would deal with real product or warranty issues.
