Absolutely awesome experience at medvet Indy. My Dane had pneumonia and we were treated with such kindness and compassionate care. They were willing to work with us around our budget and took excellent care of our guy. Would definitely recommend for emergency care. It is pricy as expected for emergency services but in a pinch it was totally worth it.

I wish could give ZERO Just NO please please,Ibeg you!If you love your dog do not take them here!Go to any of the other 24 hour Emergency Vet,we went because our Vet referred us because of a lump on our Italian Greyhounds neck.He had a few lumps before that were removed successfully,a couple were dx angiosarcoma,but they removed all the magins. because of the location our vet wanted a scan, CT/MRI something to see exactly what we were dealing with..to be able to remove it, example location, etc...our vet did an aspiration biopsy and Xray..both inconclusive.The scan could show so much more our vet said then an xray. He still did all of his activities the same, happy,energetic,eating the same. Before the biopsy that the DENTAL DEPARTMENT DONE AT MEDVET.... They sent him home to die, bleeding to death from the biopsy, that they could not get to stop bleeding...againnnnn!!!!! If they would have done the CT/SCAN first they would have seen all they needed to see about the lump..he was being seen by the DENTIST there. I questioned this the whole time..and after a couple of days and severallllll thousands of dollars....they sent him as a last step to the surgery department...where they did a CT SCAN!!!! They put him through alot of needless pain and ALOT OF suffering! Fabio was the best most loving baby!!!! We had to take him to our regular vet the next morning to humanely help him cross the rainbow bridge...horrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!

From the time I called very upset until the time we picked up our cat 2 days later, every single person was very kind, caring and knowledgeable. Everything in the clinic was clean, and as they say, they treated our cat as if she was their own. While I hope I never have to use them again for a pet emergency, if I do this is the clinic where I'm taking my pets.

Our family recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our dog down, and the team at this vet hospital helped ease a situation that felt impossible. Every person we interacted with was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. They treated our dog with so much love and respect, and they made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. My dog was sick he had a seizure and they were very kind and took the time to actually listen to what was going on with our dog. They checked him over head to toe and explained everything To us. They gave us medicine to help him feel better. They were so gentle and kind they made our dog feel he was safe there at the clinic. I will forever use them again. Thank you ladies. We sat for five hours and sent us home without washing our my cats wound for me and sent me on with the medication I’m supposed to give him, the staff is very nice I just don’t understand why five hours for a little wound
