I have been buying cooked chicken from Medofu Kitchen for almost a year now and I am super happy with their products. I get cooked chicken delivered to me and this certainly helps me hitting my protein macros
Their chicken taste great and its packed pretty well so all I need to do is store in my freezer and I have access to protein anytime of the day.

Good service and all but the black pepper garlic chicken was terrible. I’m not sure if the chicken was old or they overcooked it but one thing for sure, it was not marinated. It honestly tasted like they just boiled the chicken, sprinkled a bunch of black pepper on top, vacuum sealed it and called it a day. You can see the black pepper but there’s no real flavour. Can’t even taste the garlic. The chicken was insanely dry hard and just unpleasant to eat. Sorry to say but it’s one of the worst pre packed meals I’ve had.
The beef on the other hand, wasn’t bad. I believe it was pressure-cooked and it was tender and not bad, lacking flavour but boleh telan lagi.
Would I recommend this shop? Sure. I was told they have amazing customer service support.
Would I buy this again? Definitely not.

Worth the price, esp. if you don't have time to cook for yourself and want to be on a diet. (I took the smallest portion one, x10). Food arrived on time as scheduled. Friendly staff.
Only reason I put 4 stars is because the website doesn't work on my tablet, it took me a while to realise everything is broken if you're viewing from the mobile version of the website (can't login, can't change password, can't click the cart).
Good customer service and delivery. I found the chicken too overcooked and chewy so had to buy some sauces to add to the meals and then they were edible. Also didn’t realise paying extra for veg it would just be the same broccoli and carrots with every meal - website should state “add broccoli and carrots” not veg which insulates a variety. All in all don’t regret my purchase served its purpose for hassle free meals whilst visiting KL for a month but I wouldn’t repeat.

The seller is such a nice person. So he couriered the the food via grab and somehow when the grab rider put the package on the fence, it fell and hit my main water supply pipe. It broke and water was gushing out. The kind seller helped me find a plumber to repair it and even helped to call Syabas to report the issue. He definitely went above and beyond eventhough it was not his fault.
First time trying workout food. Their satay BBQ salmon tasted good! Not too flavourful or bland. just nice if you are looking foods for protein purpose instead of satisfying your tastebud. Got 1 free FitSambal with the bundle package. It was also good. Price is similar with my monthly catering so recommendable option for workout food.
