One session is not enough to fully address hair loss and bald spots. It’s important to complete recommended sessions in order to support healthy, sustained hair regrowth across all affected areas.

Our treatments are effective because they are personalized. Medi doesn’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, each treatment plan is based on a thorough diagnosis to identify the root cause of hair shedding and match you with the most suitable solution.

There’s no doubt Grace is exceptional at what she does, which is why she’s one of the most sought-after hair loss specialists in Ottawa and Gatineau.

Our complimentary consultations are designed to give clients a comfortable, no-pressure way to explore their hair and scalp concerns. These typically run about 20 to 25 minutes. In your case, the consultation extended to 45 minutes so Grace could thoroughly answer all of your questions. As she explained during the appointment, any time beyond the complimentary portion is subject to a fee — and we only move forward with that if the client agrees, which you did.

We were a bit surprised to receive a call afterward expressing dissatisfaction with the $50 charge and also threatening to leave a negative review online, especially since no concerns were mentioned during the appointment itself. We value honest and respectful communication and are always happy to discuss any concerns directly. Our goal is to support every client with care, clarity, and transparency.

Regarding parking — we understand it can sometimes be an inconvenience. While there is paid parking at our clinic, there is also free street parking nearby that many of our clients use. Also, the free parking information was included in the appointment confirmation sent to you.
