Fraudsters big time!! I am filing a court case against them for refund of deposit money as I have been cheated by them. They don't service their equipments, use junk equipments without having insurance done on those machines, don't give proper demo to the customer, and look for an excuse to blame the customer when the machine breaks down and they don't provide a replacement machine for that. In case you are committing usage for a long time and pay the advance for rent, rest assured, in case of any issue with machine, you will be left with no choice but to let go of all your deposit money as they will not provide any replacement. Moreover they dont even bother to have a written agreement with the customer to avoid giving an opportunity to customer to have a supporting evidence for claiming refund of their deposit money. The company seems to be a sham with no proper process being followed. Avoid using their machines on rent and never get into long term agreement by paying rent in advance as you will end up losing all your money in case of any issue with machine.

The machine was delivered around 4:30 pm and was working properly during the demo. Our team had advised using a CPAP mask, but an oxygen mask was used instead, which can affect how the machine works. Later, at 9:41 pm, we received the first message saying the machine had stopped working.
The authorised service centre has estimated the damage at ₹13,500. There was no security deposit taken, and only the 15-day rent of ₹2,500 (including delivery) was paid. Since the damage happened during use and the repair cost is much higher than the amount paid, we are unable to provide any refund.
We have already shared the damage parts photo over WhatsApp.
