Acierto total ☺ La ubicación es excelente y la máquina de café una maravilla. La cama muy cómoda y en el baño hay jabon, hidratante corporal y suavizante de pelo!! A mi me ha encantado el poder entrar al edificio y la habitacion con clave, es muy cómodo, y ademas hay lockers en la entrada donde caben 2 maletas de 40x30x29 cm y una habitación para equipaje más grande. No hay personal presencial pero por el chat me han atendido a todas mis dudas rapidamente. Ha sido un gran acierto!! ☹ Quizas que no haya un lavabo en la planta baja para poder utilizarlo el ultimo dia cuando ya no tienes acceso a la habitacion.

Medhotel jest wyśmienitym hotelem, położonym bardzo blisko Rynku, a jednocześnie w cichym i spokojnym miejscu. Pokój był bardzo dobrze wyposażony, czysty, z bardzo smaczną herbatą. Łazienka czysta, nowoczesna i dobrymi kosmetykami. W oczekiwaniu na pokój można wypić przepyszną kawę. Bagaż można zostawić w wygodnych szafkach. Mała uwaga, proszę rozważyć możliwość usytuowania toalety, dostępnej dla hotelowych gości, na parterze. Moja ocena, to 6, nawet przy maksymalnych 5*

Serdecznie dziękujemy za tak obszerną, niezwykle życzliwą i motywującą opinię. Bardzo doceniamy czas poświęcony na jej napisanie oraz tak wysoką ocenę całego pobytu — to dla nas ogromna satysfakcja i potwierdzenie, że kierunek, w którym rozwijamy MedHotel, jest właściwy.

Dziękujemy również za przekazaną uwagę. Chcielibyśmy doprecyzować, że toaleta dla gości oczekujących na zameldowanie jest dostępna — wystarczy zgłosić taką potrzebę obsłudze, która zawsze chętnie pomoże i wskaże odpowiednie miejsce. Ze względu na zabytkowy charakter obiektu oraz nadzór konserwatora zabytków, nie mamy możliwości dowolnego rozmieszczenia infrastruktury sanitarnej. Dostępna toaleta znajduje się w mniej oczywistym miejscu, co może sprawiać wrażenie jej braku, jednak pozostaje w pełni do dyspozycji naszych gości.

Bardzo dziękujemy za polecenie MedHotel oraz za zaufanie. Mamy nadzieję, że przy kolejnej wizycie w Krakowie ponownie będziemy mogli Panią gościć i zapewnić równie udany pobyt.

Excellent location and clean, comfortable rooms. ☺ We stayed at the hotel for three nights, it was perfect! The hotel‘s location is nice, it is really close to the center. The room was clean and comfortable.

Really enjoyed it ☺ Very close to all shops and the square . Iff you want to lay in it’s lovely and quiet ! You don’t hear a thing I thought I was the only person in the apartment’s ! Liked the coffee machine . ( ground coffee) Water machine . 1tging I would recommend is maybe a mirror in the room as no socket for drying / styling hair in bathroom. That was the only fault . Clean comfortable bed Just a lovely apartment. My niece stayed in one further near the town and it was awful So I’m all round happy with my stay Thank you ☹ No mirror in the room But not a major issue

It is worth noting that guests from Scandinavian countries tend to rate accommodations more conservatively than guests from many other regions. Even when their written feedback is very positive — “super”, “very satisfied”, “great location”, “comfortable beds” — they still rarely give a full 10/10 score.
In Nordic culture, an 8/10 rating is considered very good, not a sign of any issues. This cultural nuance is important when interpreting reviews from Scandinavian travellers.
