I initially found MedcoVet via a Google search when I was looking for a therapeutic ultrasound device. I didn’t realize that those are very specialized devices, but then I clicked on the link and was sold that I could have a professional pet laser device in the comfort of my home. I knew I wanted to purchase the device and the ability to have a free consultation with MedcoVet staff further confirmed that my purchase would be a good one. I met with Chris and she was absolutely wonderful, from her personality to knowledge of senior dogs and the device: walking me through how to use the device, answering questions throughout our session, setting up treatment plans for both of my dogs and she even gave me her contact information to reach out if I had questions afterwards. She even stayed longer than the half hour allotted for our consultation. Request her if you can, you’ll have a great session too!
The company also has speedy shipping, so you can get to work on your pet and give him/her the relief needed very soon after ordering. I use it on my 12-year-old female dog every day to help strengthen her back legs and when I don’t use it I notice a difference; therefore, it’s become a daily routine for us. My holistic vet who comes to give her acupuncture also uses it with her clients and raves about it too! I’m so glad I decided to purchase this device. What I didn’t realize before purchasing the Luma is that human devices don’t work on pets because they can’t penetrate light through their fur. Invest in MedcoVet’s Luma Laser and you’ll be glad you did! Your pet will be glad too!

I was pleasantly surprised by my technician. I thought it was going to be a sales person. Instead, she was a fully trained knowledgeable, veterinary assistant, who was able to discuss my dogs, health issues and answer all of my concerns. She put together a treatment plan there was no hard sell - just helpful advice.

Our Labrador Retriever Gunner turned 12 years old last June and has had a history of joint problems, probably brought on by a high energy, strenuous play, and a hunting career that requires strong swimming in freezing conditions.
