what should I say, Biggest MISTAKE I ever made was to Purchase a bed and mattress from AMAZON. it came damaged and I had no one to contact or speak to but Amazons customer service unprofessionalism. then I came across Med mobility and it was just a pleasure and zero complaints. made me realize that these type of products should only be purchased from a reputable dealer because otherwise there is noone to speak to about anything. Thank you Med Mobility, the bed arrived this week, everything from customer services to delivery was just truly a pleasure.

I ordered a product that turned out to be out of stock both from this company and from the manufacturer. Customer service reached out to me within minutes, recommended a replacement, and, after my approval, forwarded the new item to me at the same cost as the one that I ordered. On top of that, it was at my door step the very next day (even though their website said it would take 24-48 hours to ship). I could not have been happier. I highly recommend them.
