☹Camas incómodas. Armarios llenos de aparatos que impiden colgar bien la ropa. Menaje viejo y escaso.Sin toallero ni colgadores en el baño. Con trastos por toda la casa.

We arrived around midnight and the host kindly welcomed us and show us around, for the extra 30€ for the pate check-in. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, very clean and with the spectacular view from the balcony of the Montana Roja. It is located in very calm area with the pool, which water is salty but not heated. We had a great experience and would love to return.

☺Nettes, geräumiges Appartement in guter Lage. Check in und Check out liefen unkompliziert. Wechselhandtücher waren vor Ort. Ausstattung ist gut.
☹Nichts gravierendes aber folgende Kleinigkeiten:
Keine Koch-Utensilien wie Öl, Salz etc.
Betten sind nicht besonders stabil
Badezimmer riecht etwas nach Abfluss
Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen
Kein Smart TV

Just to clarify: we do not provide cooking essentials like oil, salt, or spices for hygiene and safety reasons.
Also, there is no mention on any of the booking platforms that this apartment includes access to a Smart TV — it is equipped with a regular television as shown in the description and photos.

☺ Fantastic view & location, can’t be beaten. Nice comfy beds, good sized flat, on the 4th floor with an elevator. Lovely balcony where you can watch the sunset, truly stunning views. Few minutes walk from the beach and plenty of restaurants, cafes, etc.
☹ Needs a bit of tlc, some exposed wires etc
The wifi was really bad too
Check in shall be self check in for ease and to avoid customers waiting around for staff
Pool was cold with no sunbeds

the view and the balcony were lovely.the kitchen was very well equipped. we had a problem with small black insects.medano for you sent cleaner round but it did not solve the problem.also two apartments where being refurbished one just below us.noise from 8am until 6pm drills circular saws etc.

Wir sind nicht das erste Mal hier gewesen, und das aus gutem Grund. Das Appartment, die Lage usw. sind super. Auch die Organisation durch Medano4you ist klasse. Permanente Erreichbarkeit und blitzschnelle Antworten - top. Der Pool in der Anlage ist ein weiteres Highlight.Das Appartment selbst hat alles, was man braucht, aber ein paar Kleinigkeiten möchte ich trotzdem erwähnen, für die ich einen Punkt abziehen muss: Die Küchenausstattung ist wirklich mau: der Nudeltopf hat keinen Deckel, einen Kochlöffel gibt es gar nicht, keinerlei Müslischüsseln und es gibt genau vier Gläser von denen keine zwei sich gleichen und eines sogar ein altes Nutellaglas ist - also offenbar nicht mal eine offizielle Ausstattung sondern von Mietern in Eigenregie ergänzt. Hier könnte der Eigner des Appartments mit wenig Geld die Ausstattung substanziell verbessern. So wirkt es etwas lieblos.Wem es übrigens wichtig ist: es gibt keinerlei internationale Fernsehkanäle.

Gyönyörű kilátás, frusztrált szomszéd....
☺Nagyszerű kilátás az erkélyről, a képek megfelelnek a valóságnak. Kényelmes nappali, tisztaság az egész lakásban.
Csendes környék, pár percre a központtól. Közvetlen az épület mellett étkezési lehetőség. Parkolás a közelben.
A medence tiszta, viszonylag mély, kisgyerekeknek nem alkalmas.
Nincs légkondicionáló, de jól ászellőztethető este a lakás.
☹A szomszéd hölgy megérkezett a hét közepén. A hálószobák ablakai a közös folyosóra nyíltak. Esti hangos nevetésnél (kb 5 perc) becsengetett. Másnap ezt jelezte az irodának, aki ránk írt, hogy panasz érkezett. Családdal voltunk, 3 generáció, hölgyek, nem volt buli, nem volt iszogatás, a szekrényben talált társasjátékkal játszottunk. Nevettünk 22 óra után, amivel megszegtük a szabályzatot (az erkélyről 22 óra előtt bejöttünk) Egy sok lakásos apartmanházban mindig lesz is zaj. Kutyaugatás, medence használat előtt nem zuhanyoztak, hangos zene az erkélyen többször is a hét alatt, minden hajnalban kiabálás a teraszok felől - ez nyilván nem az apartman hibája, és nem is befolyásolta azt, hogy jól érezzük magunkat - de úgy gondolom, a szabályok akkor vonatkozzanak egyformán mindenkire.
