I have been going to Olivia since I moved to Michigan. It was my first time ever going to an esthetician but she made the overall process and experience so much smoother. I go almost every month for my facial! And this past time I got over my fear and had her touch up my eyebrows as well! She did a great job! She makes you feel comfortable. The service is amazing but her hospitality is great too! Im never laying there in awkward silence! There is always something for us to talk about and I think that makes the experience even more better! Olivia is great and always gives great advice too!
I went in to make an appointment, the young lady when I reached out my hand to accept the appointment card she made it a point to set the card on the table. If she doesn't want to touch my hand... I doubt it they'll perform of service on my face correctly. If you're unkind your gestures will show that. Treat people with kindness and respect especially if they reach out their hand to accept their change or a business card from you.
Have you ever walked into a place and immediately felt welcomes, and like you made the right decision? This is the place for you then! This was my first Botox appointment, I was scared, didnāt know what to expect and Kim made the experience magical and then some! Sheās beyond knowledgeable, loving and will talk you through anything (I know because I may have had a syncopa episode in her chair). 10/10 highly recommend. I will be back, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience and my injector Kim!
These ladies were beyond great!! My first time getting lip filler I was scared, nervous, anxious all the above! Lol, Clissa explained everything well.
She was very professional, friendly, most of all gental I felt no pain at all..
I will be going back to this place for all my services!! Also the ladie at the front desk was so helpful, kind, informative for everything I asked!! You ladies rock!! Thanks so much!!! š
These ladies were awesome they helped me feel comfortable and were informative I did a consult with Amanda and she was nice and I'll definitely come back !

Love everything about this place! It's cute, clean everyone is friendly and welcoming ! Kim did my lips and I couldn't be more in love with my new look! She is amazing at what she does, extremely knowledgeable and explained every thing to me before she did it. I will be back! 10/10 recommend!

I cannot recommend this place enough! Kim is the best of the best. She is professional, informative, and incredibly educated in what she does. Any treatment can make you a little nervous, but she made the whole experience feel easy-going and comfortable from start to finish. She took the time to walk me through everything, explained the process clearly, and the whole appointment felt seamless.
I got masseter Botox and felt zero pain. I was in and out. Iāve also been here multiple times for IVs and Kim is incredibleeeeee at them. Never once needed more than one poke, and just like the Botox, you donāt feel a thing. Iāve had terrible bruising from bad pokes at other places, but Kim? Miracle hands.
If youāre looking for someone who knows what theyāre doing and makes the whole experience comfortable, Kimās the GOAT. š

Iāve been here several times for an iv. Today I needed one because I caught the plague. They were efficient, clean, and helpful. So helpful, I decided to get the wrinkles erased. Very happy with their work. This is a great place and is always easy to get in.

The staff are the sweetest ā they always make me feel so comfortable and taken care of. Iāve gotten facials, Botox, fillers, and IVs here, and every single time itās been amazing. They really take the time to listen and make sure everything looks and feels perfect. I always leave feeling refreshed and confident. 10/10 recommend to anyone thinking about booking!

Nurse Kim did an excellent job with Botox. She was very informative in the consultation and I could tell we were on the same page when it came to the desired result. She also knew where to inject to avoid an overly hooded look, which has happened at other med spas in the past. Super happy with the whole experience! Def worth checking out!

Absolutely LOVE it here! The whole team is friendly and actually care about giving you a great experience. The injector Kim is so personable and knowledgeable I wouldnāt trust anyone else with my face! She also sets the gentlest IV. Go to Medivee for any of your IV, spa, or injectable treatments you wonāt regret it!
