You guys are fantastic. From start to finish, the customer service was REAL, intentional and efficient. The guys were great with our big loud (yet marshmallow) staffie/xl bullies and got all of our stuff hauled off in record time.
Thanks again for the professionalism and great service at a decent price point!
Guys were super nice and efficient. Will definitely be calling Mean Green again for assistance in the future!

Kyle and Colby were most professional. If I could have hired them previous to retiring, I would. You never know what your going to get service wise these days, but they were the bomb. Why?
•Called ahead of arrival time
•Showed up promptly
•Able to assist with an additional pick up
•Polite and courteous
•Cleaned up trash area before leaving!
•Offered to help in moving unwanted items
•Were dressed professionally
•Vehicle was clearly marked and clean!
Honestly, I expected much less. I will use and recommend this service in the future.
Thank you Kyle and Colby, best of luck in your business dealings in the future.

10/10 Sanger storage unit cleanout! Thank you for your glowing review, we appreciate you so much!
I've gradually been preparing my mother's house for renovation/sale and have used Mean Green twice, once for garage clean-out and again for emptying three bedrooms. They've been great and easy to work with both times, especially with the bedrooms where large furniture pieces were retained and moved to the garage for temporary storage (they dismantled the bed frames). Definitely will have them back a third time for the remainder of the project. What they take away is dealt with responsibly - donated, recycled, and the landfill is only the last resort.

Keith, a project like this one takes trust, especially with it being your mom’s house, so we don’t take it lightly that you’ve called us back twice already. Dismantling those bed frames to get the big pieces safely into the garage for storage instead of just hauling everything off is exactly the kind of extra step we want our crew thinking through on their own. And we’re glad the donate-first, recycle-second, landfill-last approach matters to you too, it matters a lot to us. Whenever you’re ready for round three, just give us a call, we’ll be there.
Thank you Keith!
Thank you Keith!

Thank you for taking the time to share this! Safety is something we never cut corners on, no matter how routine a job might seem, so it's great to know that came through along with a friendly crew. We truly appreciate you trusting us with it!
The crew from Mean Green Junk Removal…Carson, Conner and Jacob…are some hard-working guys! Super polite and helpful, as well! They arrived on-time, took a tour, couple questions…and before the tour was done, two guys started carrying stuff to the trucks! They inquired if unsure, accepted some add-ons, and completely cleared my space in about 40 minutes. They were always professional and polite…and not afraid to carry couches onto the pile. Estimates were given in advance, pricing was great and phones were answered 24/7. My opinion, you cannot go wrong with Mean Green Junk Removal.

Carson, Conner, and Jacob are absolute rockstars and we are beyond proud of them. Knowing they jumped right in, stayed sharp on the little details, and still had you cleared out in no time flat is exactly the kind of teamwork we love seeing. We will be printing this one out for the office wall! Thank you so much for trusting us with your space and for such a generous recommendation, you just made our whole week!

Heidi!!! I cannot express our gratitude enough! We are delighted to hear your amazing experience and we truly appreciate the opportunity to serve you!
I can’t recommend this company enough! They went above and beyond helping me remove an old hot tub, which turned out to be a much bigger and messier job than expected—especially with all of the insulation.
They never rushed the job and took the time to make sure every bit of the mess was cleaned up before they left. They were professional, hardworking, courteous, and genuinely cared about making sure I was completely satisfied.
It’s rare to find a company that takes this much pride in their work and goes the extra mile for their customers. I was incredibly impressed from start to finish and would absolutely use them again. Highly, highly recommend! Thank y’all!

Scott, thank you so much for this! A storage unit cleared out in about two hours, and getting out to you the day after you called, that's the kind of quick turnaround we always aim for in Allen and beyond. We're really glad the guys were courteous and professional the whole way through too. Thank you for recommending us to anyone who needs junk gone, we truly appreciate you and were glad to help!
I had an OLD, CRUSTY mattress taking up room in my storage unit. I was going to rent a truck, pay dump fees, and drop it off at the local landfill…
Luckily, my wife decided to look for quotes and found Mean Green Junk Removal. Jack and Carson gave us ample communication, showed up right on time, and took care of everything with a smile!
My back, wallet, wife, and I are all VERY appreciative!! 10/10!

Trey, thank you so much for this! Keeping it simple with just a quote call and a confirmation call, then having the job done exactly as promised, that's exactly how we want the process to feel for you. Coordinating the removal at Prestonwood Court Memory Care in Plano took some careful planning, so we're glad it all came together smoothly. We really appreciate you giving us the opportunity and look forward to being your go to the next time you need us!
