I was a patient here. My company offered a new insurance plan through Aetna, according to their website, this office accepts Aetna insurance. So I switch my insurance plan to the new Aetna plan (DMO). My wife goes to her scheduled appointment and the receptionist (rather rudely, as I heard through the phone) tells her they don't take our insurance, that they only take Aetna PPO plan.
Now I'm stuck with an insurance plan that no other office in the area takes all because this, which was my dentist, office didn't specify that they ONLY take Aetna PPO and not DMO.
Very pleasant experience with friendly office staff. My hygienist was Holly who was very cheerful, professional, and thorough. We had to find a new dentist office as our old one no longer took our insurance and we are very happy at this new office! Bonus we can walk there as it's very close to our house.
