Extremely careful with Toyota ECP program. It is a scam and not negotiable. At the dealer, saleperson put the ECP into the financing contract without informing with the customer and convinced customers to buy when they printed out the final finance paperwork. Then the ECP is valid on 3 years with 6 services to be completed within 3 yrs. If your life is too busy and forgot to keep track, and because you are depending on their Service department to call to book an appointment and also the reminder message on the car, you will be screwed. If you can only get 4 services out of 6 (paid $1500 for 6 services) then you will lose 2 services even you already paid for in ECP. The department service will call every 8 moths and the reminder message on the car programmed 8 month to remind customers, you will not get 6 services done in 3 yrs. Total rip off and scam. That is how dealers making money from their services.

Spoke to a salesperson over phone for new 2026 Highlander hybrid. Asked for all in price which was reasonable. Went in to finalize the deal and had the misfortune of running into DK.
DK was constantly pushing the leasing option even after I told him I want to buy in cash. I was ready to drive the car out same day and pay full cash but DK kept pushing for lease. Finally when he realized I’m not interested in leasing the car, the price of the car suddenly increased by $4k. Apparently the sales person forgot to mention about some Add-ons. Haha…
Realized they don’t want to sell the car in cash so left. 2 hours wasted and had the worst experience ever.
Wife now doesn’t want a Toyota at all….
