I saw Jason today for lower back pain and sciatica. He was fantastic. He gave me a full consultation and overview of my body. He was able to pinpoint the problem areas and gave me a plan moving forward. After working on my muscles and showing me exercises to do at home I feel great and happy knowing I’m in good hands. I would thoroughly recommend Meadowside :)

I cannot recommend this clinic enough. I saw Shania as my oestopath a lovely kind and empathetic person who listened to my problem and treated it, which unfortunately nobody did in my journey. I was living with pain for 3 years and saw various oestopath’s and chiropractors all treating the wrong problem. I had major dental surgery and was suffering from TMJ and everyone was treating my back as the core problem where it was always my jaw. Shania couldn’t believe nobody had examined my jaw. In just 4 weeks I was relieved with pain and my first month in 3 years where I took no painkillers. Shania has magic hands! I was given a plan with exercises that I did and I made full recovery in a short space of time. Such wonderful kind staff too, everyone is welcoming. I can’t thank you enough forever grateful. We took our newborn to Meadowside for help with post-birth tension and reflux, as well as support following a tongue-tie cut by the brilliant Polly. The whole team were fantastic and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough (and the tea was very much appreciated!). A few months later, Emily helped us again with significant tension and rigidity that was affecting sleep. We saw an immediate improvement in range of movement, and really appreciated the expertise, care and attention she gave us.

I can't recommend this clinic enough. I saw Emily the osteopath here for a couple of months during my pregnancy. I came first with bad hip pain and then Emily supported me as my PGP got bad towards the end. Emily is so incredibly knowledgeable, each session felt like magic with how much better it made me feel, and she always had amazing day to day recommendations of how to look after myself and other services/yoga classes locally. She helped me understand and look after my body during pregnancy and was always extremely kind and welcoming.

All staff know you as soon as you walk through door, and can't do enough for you. Very clean and has a homely feel to it. I would certainly recommend it to anyone. It is over two floors, but if you find stairs a bit of a struggle, they will change rooms so you can use a ground floor room.

Absolutely amazing experience and staff, they go above and beyond to make you comfortable and looked after. I noticed such a difference to my body after the first session, Shania is incredible - especially (in my experience) for any pregnant women or new mums. I arrived at Meadowside with a chronic shoulder problem including torn rotatorcuff and biscep muscles which I had put up with for over three years having fallen off a wall. The NHS had provided some support but I was told that surgery was the best remaining option - this I was keen to avoid. I had been doing exercises on regular basis to try and improve the situation. Ashley initally reviewed my situation and recommended laser treatment. I had a course of six treatments mainly with Shania. Now six weeks later while still doing the exercises regularly I am almost pain free and have improved strngth and mobility. This is as good as I could have hoped for all things being considered and would therefore like to thank the Meadowside team for helping me. I would recommend a clearly talented, friendly and highly professional group.
