My furnace was not working to full capacity on the coldest day ever and I was apprehensive about calling for service since I did have some heat. I didn’t want to take an appointment away from someone with no heat. MDM made me feel at ease right away and booked me an appointment. The team of Michael and Michael were very friendly, knowledgeable and took their time explaining everything. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and were able to get the part in less than 24 hours. They quickly came back and installed new part and all is running beautifully. Thanks guys for making my life a little warmer. I would highly recommend this company for all heating and cooler needs.

My furnace stopped blowing hot air, and the LED error code suggested an open high limit—usually caused by overheating from restricted airflow. Through thorough troubleshooting, Michael found that wasn’t the issue. He checked multiple possibilities and ultimately discovered the real problem: a sticky relay on the control board. He explained everything clearly and gave me options: replace the board now or wait it out, as he got the relay working by tapping on it. That tip bought me an extra month (I was hoping for longer). When it finally quit for good, I called MDM, accepted the quote online, and scheduled the repair. Michael got me in quickly and picked up the part the same day. What impressed me most was his honesty—no upsell on a new furnace, even though mine is 25 years old. He confirmed it was otherwise in good shape. On both visits, he wore shoe covers, treated my home with respect, vacuumed the furnace after the repair, and walked me through what he was doing so I could better understand my system. The price was very reasonable. Michael is an expert in his trade, and it shows. I highly recommend MDM Heating and Cooling!

My heat went out last night and after seeing recommendations for MDM on Facebook and reading the reviews here I decided to give them a call this morning. I called at 9:02 am, Christine was very pleasant to speak with and by 9:07 she called back with a scheduled time between 11-1 for someone to be here. 30 minutes prior to their arrival I got a text letting me know they'd be here, then another message when they were 10 minutes out and by 11 am they were knocking at my door. Michael and the other gentleman with him, I forgot his name, were both very personable as they walked in. Introduced themselves, asked what the problem was and got straight to work. They were very thorough, took their time and worked together to figure out and fix the issue. I was kept informed the entire time, Michael took the time to show and explains things to me and worked hard to make sure to leave my furnace in working order and assured me if I had any issues or questions I could call and Christine would make sure I got an answer as quickly as possible. They were done by 12:20 pm, 3 hours and 18 minutes for them to schedule me, make it to the house and fix the issue. Amazing service. MDM will be our go to for all Hvac issues moving forward.

We had MDM come out today to do a furnace tune up. They were both thorough and transparent regarding the state of our furnace and worked hard to resolve any concerns we had. For context: We have an older unit and MDM did not automatically recommend a new furnace (ours was not in bad shape, but other companies would see dollar signs with the unit's age and instantly just go to recommending something when in reality we dont need an urgent replacement). We were hoping to get one or two more seasons out of the unit, and Mike and team are keeping us on track to do so. We will definitely use MDM in the future and recommend them to others!

We had MDM come out due to a humidifier issue. Michael was so great. He showed me everything and explained how to use it so it would best perform. We have not had our furnace serviced for a very long time. Michael looked at everything and made changes where needed. MDM was reasonably priced. We will be using them again when the time comes.

I had another HVAC company try scamming us out of $40k for two new furnaces and A/Cs (after I only called to have one AC coil replaced) as well as putting red CONDEMN stickers on both furnaces due to “substantial cracks in my heat exchangers), Michael came out and did actual combustion testing which proved both furnaces were completely fine. He saved me so much money and reassured me that we were not “poisoning our kids” as the previous company said. He was prompt, professional and most of all, works with actual integrity. MDM will be our HVAC company going forward.

My 1986 AC and 1976 furnace decided to finally go out. I called MDM after receiving a handful of referrals (which I too have now referred to a work colleague). The technician and trainee came out verified compressor windings were bad. I had a quote the next day for a full HVAC replacement. After the inspection, talking with Mike, I knew was and will be in good hands for any future work too. The staff has been absolutely awesome to work with and I feel like I was treated more like family even more than just another customer. The close attention to detail, timeliness of whole transaction, and customer care I received is more than I expected. I value customer service as I too am a manager in the service field. I know a good company when I see one. Although have yet to really test the whole system, I have no doubts that if anything is of a concern they will make it right. The installation looks great and thank you Mike for furthering my knowledge in HVAC! Will be doing business with MDM for future work. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Regards Josh

Wow! I called on Monday to check my hot water heater as I have been without hot water for 2 days straight. Mike came on Tuesday and addressed the problem within an hour or two. I have hot water without having to replace the hot water heater! Jim also came to give my furnace a checkup. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. I’m very grateful for the professionalism and knowledge. Will recommend MDM to everyone.
